The ITIL service level management process is designed to help an organization maintain and improve operational processes and demonstrate stable or improving trends in quality of service. The iET ITSM service level management module provides a powerful set of tools to track and comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA) between the IT organization and its customers. The module provides tools to define even very complicated SLAs. For example, it has the ability to specify that an incident occurring between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays should closed within one hour while one occurring after hours does not need to be closed until 10 am the next day. The module provides easy access to the details of each agreement as well as to underlying contracts with suppliers that support each agreement.
